Roles & Responsibilities-

1. CSA Certification is Must
2. Strong Debugging and problem solving skills
3. Design, Develop and optimize HR Service delivery processes using the ServiceNow HRSD platform.
4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and implement enhancements that streamline HR processes.
5. Improve the overall employee experience through the design and implementation of solutions.
6. Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field
7. 4 years of experience in Service Now development including scripting, tool configuration and technical deployment.
8. Experience with ServiceNow HRSD and ability to develop and customize core applications on the platform.
9. 4 years of experience in java script,PHP,C,Perl,HTML or HTML 5 programming language.
10. Ability to generate detailed documentation.
11. Good understanding of ServiceNow modules like HRSD,ITSM, Service Request Management ,Knowledge Management etc.
